In this multi-level class we will work on a range of belly dance moves from the fast shimmy to the slow and sultry.  Come explore the rhythms of the Middle East while having fun, getting exercise and strengthening your core.  This class is suitable for all shapes, sizes, and ages from young adult through active senior.  (No class 1/20/2016).
